REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - Please check our size chart and refund/exchange policy before placing your order. Due to our focus on Swaga Impact refunds must be kept to a minimum where possible.
Due to shipping costs, at present OUR SHIRTS ARE CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FREE SHIPPING TO THE UK. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch, and let’s see what we can do.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SWAGA SHIRT: Our shirts are 'one off' unique designs but they are not designed for 'one off' wear! If you look after your Swaga Shirt, it will last you for years so you can enjoy it over and over again!
You can hand wash or machine wash your shirt (30 degrees).
They can also be tumble dried (medium heat) and if you give them space in there too, or like us we use tumble dryer balls and then they don't need an iron!
You can also of ocurse 'hang dry' too if the weather is being kind or you prefer not to use a drier.
The colour will remain strong!
We have washed and washed our own shirts lots now and they still look as fab as they did at the beginning!

Refund Timeline: 14-day period from purchase date. Please note, refunds are a last resort due to their impact on our projects.
Eligibility for Refund: Faulty items only, in original unworn condition with tags. Buyer pays return shipping, refunded if fault is confirmed. No refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Refund Process: Contact hello@swagashirts.com within 14 days for return authorization. Return item in original condition and packaging. Refund issued after inspection confirms fault.
Non-Refundable Items: Worn items, missing tags, not in original packaging, outside 14-day period, or not bought directly from SWAGA SHIRTS.
Exchange: Only for faulty items. PLEASE check the size chart before ordering.

Free UK Shipping: Standard tracked shipping, free for UK orders.
International Shipping: Please contact us in advance before placing an order as international shipping costs can vary, so we will need to discuss postage costs to your destination. International customers cover shipping costs and customs charges.
